Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by you

7 or more days before batch start: full refund, no questions asked.
Less than 7 days before batch start: full-value credit toward a future batch or another program.
After the batch starts: fees are non-refundable, but you may request a transfer to a later batch where seats permit.

Cancellation or rescheduling by us

If we cancel a batch, you choose between a full refund or a free transfer to another batch or program.
If a session is rescheduled, a recording or replacement session is provided.

Counselling sessions

Free counselling sessions booked through our partner portal may be rescheduled or cancelled at any time without charge; we simply ask that you inform us so the slot can be offered to someone else.

How to cancel

Email info@skillexpresso.com from your registered email with your name, program and batch details. Cancellation takes effect from the date we receive your email.
