Returns and Refunds

Skill Expresso Edu Solutions provides digital education services — live training, learning platform access, assessments and downloadable materials. As there are no physical goods, no physical returns apply.

Digital services

Program fees are covered by our Refund Policy, including the pre-batch cancellation window and duplicate-payment refunds.
Downloadable materials, recordings and issued certificates, once delivered, cannot be returned; refunds for the underlying program follow the same policy.
Free features — practice quizzes, final assessments and sample certificates generated on course pages — involve no payment and are provided as-is.

Access or technical issues

If you cannot access content you have paid for, contact us and we will fix the access or, where we cannot, refund the affected amount.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
