These terms govern your use of skillexpresso.com and enrolment in programs and courses offered by Skill Expresso Edu Solutions.
Programs and delivery
- Programs are delivered through live online sessions, learning platform access and related materials as described on each program page.
- Schedules, mentors and curriculum may be updated to keep content current. Material changes will be communicated.
Assessments and certificates
- Programs include module quizzes, hands-on assignments, a capstone project and a final assessment. Passing thresholds (typically 70%) are stated on each course page.
- Certificates are issued on merit: program certificates require completing the modules, passing the assessments and presenting the capstone project for faculty evaluation.
- The free on-page sample quizzes and downloadable sample certificates are self-assessment tools that recognise a passing knowledge-check score. They are not a substitute for the full program certificate awarded on enrolment and completion.
Enrolment and payment
- A seat is confirmed on receipt of the applicable fee or agreed instalment.
- Fees are as communicated at the time of enrolment and inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
Counselling
Free career counselling is offered through our partner platform at skillexpresso.edumilestones.com, which has its own terms of use.
Learner responsibilities
- Provide accurate information at enrolment and use your access for personal learning only.
- Login credentials, course materials, quizzes and recordings must not be shared, resold or redistributed.
Intellectual property
All course content, curricula, quizzes, recordings and materials remain the property of Skill Expresso Edu Solutions or its licensors. Third-party product names and logos referenced in courses belong to their respective owners; no endorsement is implied.
Conduct
We may suspend access for misuse, including sharing credentials, disrupting sessions or violating these terms, after reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any program is limited to the fees paid for that program.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
